we turned the t.v. off, and removed it from the living room on monday. happily it’s been a relatively painless experience. every now and then dominic asks for a show, then i just have to point to the empty space and explain that the t.v. is “still in the shop”, and that the repair guy called last week and told us they “had to order a part from china”, and that “hopes are not high that it is fixable”.

if ever my resolve was tested i only have to remember this; today when i asked dominic “do you want to have lunch at subway?”, he said “eat fresh”. aaagggghhh. i’m putting an ax through the screen right now.

Thinking about building one of the Wii remote interactive whiteboards.  It would be enormously helpful for work and would cost about $70.  Besides any opportunity to melt metal and smell flux burning is a good thing.  Check it out.

Took me till 1am but I updated the pictures on the website. Noticed a bunch have the dates wrong on the EXIF info (Ana u may want to check the date/time on your camera) so I will have to look at rearranging them.

With luck - by this weekend I will have the updated pictures of Marco et.al on the website.   Just a note to thank all the relatives that have helped us out since Marco was born on 8/31/07 8lbs 2.25 oz 20.5 inches long.
